All the 11 superior rooms of the hotel overlook St Mark's Basin and offer a breathtaking view that sweeps for 180 degrees from the Lido coastline to the Island of San Giorgio, the Island of Giudecca, the Dogana’s point with the Church of Salute and up to the columns of St Mark’s Square, with its imposing Doges’ Palace and the famous bell tower. All the rooms have bathrooms with a Jacuzzi bath.

Situated on the 3rd floor, the 2 junior suites are distinguished by the uniqueness of their details: the red room has a beautiful terrace overlooking the Basin of San Mark, whilst the green room overlooks the internal courtyard. Both of them have got a small living room and a bathroom with a Jacuzzi bath. On request, it is also possible to prepare these rooms to host up to 4 people.
